Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers have the right to cancel a paid contract (e.g. subscription) within fourteen (14) days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract, i.e. the day of the binding booking of a paid subscription (monthly or yearly).

This information is provided in accordance with the provisions of Swiss and — where applicable — German distance selling law.

You can use the sample form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the deadline has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments you have already made within 14 days upon receipt of your cancellation. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used when booking, unless otherwise agreed.

Compensation may be withheld for services already used on a pro rata basis, in particular when access to the platform has already been actively used (e.g. creation of bots, use of AI functions).

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal in case of immediate use

The right of withdrawal expires prematurelywhen:

• When concluding the subscription, you have expressly agreed that the performance of the contract will begin before the cancellation period has expired, and
• At the same time, you confirmed that by doing so Losing your right of withdrawal.

This consent is actively given during the booking process via a separate confirmation (e.g. check box).

Cancelling subscriptions

• Monthly subscriptions Are each at the end of the current month cancellable.
• Annual subscriptions can at the end of the current contract year be terminated.
• You can cancel at any time in your online user account.
• A refund will be issued in case of early termination not.
• Costs incurred by third parties (LLM providers) must be paid.
